Lucas started his career in the property industry in 2008, working as a real estate agent. From here Lucas has been able to develop a keen understanding of form and function for the end user.

Driven by a passion for excellence in construction, Lucas started Joluca Homes with Joe pushing the limits of construction and striving for perfection.

Lucas is highly regarded by his clients for the rational problem solving, commercial understanding and collaborative approach. Lucas is experienced in a wide range of residential, commercial, institutional and mixed-use projects.

His leadership has been instrumental to the practise’s success and continues to build a strong network of relationships. Lucas works closely with staff, clients and consultants to ensure continuity and communication is maintained at all stages of a project to completion.
